The First Annual GreenSpot Workshop was held in the Yolo County Library, Davis Branch, on December 27th, 2008. It was titled, "Sustainable Development and Technological changes, Issues and Concerns: How We Can Contribute". It provided a forum for individuals interested in sustainable development in developing countries, as well as networking opportunities among researchers, the general public and policymakers for addressing and collabotrating on sustainable development and technological changes. Key issues of sustainable development, mitigation and adaptation were discussed.
